ALEX DREW & NO ONE is a Brooklyn-born/Detroit-based design studio that develops modern furniture and objects. Through careful consideration their work focuses on unique materials, function, and combines a knowledge of traditional woodworking and technology.
Alex is a fourth generation builder who specializes in green building as well as exotic woods, and furniture engineering. Drew worked in television production for years (including working in London and in L.A. for The Simpsons television program), before moving to New York and working on set and model-making design. The two met in Brooklyn in 2010, and immediately began collaborating on projects.
