Returns Policy


RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our goods and want you to be satisfied with them and love them for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help@formativedesigns.com so that we can find a solution. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please write us to get the RMA prior to returning your item. Shipping and handling charges are unfortunately not refundable. All returns must be shipped to the address in your return authorization email. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Once you receive the Return Merchandise Authorization from us, please fill it out, enclose it in the box and pack returned items in their original condition. Send the package to the address provided by us via the carrier of your choice, with return signature required.  Please note, the package must be insured for the full value of the enclosed item. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach the return address. 

A refund will be issued once we receive returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Please note that we do not accept returns of personal use items (including towels, and beach blankets), any personalized, custom-made or made-to-order product, or product that is specified as non-returnable in its description. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under the product’s additional information. 

All sale items are final and non-refundable. 

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. A refund will be issued once we have received and processed your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. 

Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
